MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) Board of Directors today declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of fifteen cents ($0.15) per share to shareholders of record on May 31, 2019, payable June 14, 2019.
