BOXX Insurance Announces New Organizational Structure with New Canadian President

TORONTO, March 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - BOXX Insurance, the all-in-one cyber insurance and protection company, today announced three significant leadership appointments.

The company has appointed Jonathan Weekes as President, Canada of BOXX Insurance and Neal Jardine to Global Cyber Intelligence and Claims Officer. Phil Baker, who previously served as President, BOXX Canada and Chief Underwriting Officer (CUO), will fully transition to the global CUO role to oversee the company's cyber underwriting strategy across all markets.

Jonathan Weekes brings a wealth of experience in the cyber insurance and technology sectors, having held positions at Aon, AIG and progressive leadership roles at Marsh, and most recently, as SVP, Cyber Practice Leader at HUB. Under his leadership, BOXX aims to accelerate its growth in Canada, focusing on expanding its Cyberboxx^® product suite and strengthening its position as the homegrown leader of all-in-one cyber insurance products and protection services amongst brokers, MGAs and affinities.
