TORONTO, Oct. 8, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of BOMI Education Canada is pleased to announce that this year's annual Vyetta Sunderland Scholarship was awarded to Victoria Landreville, Property Manager, PMco in Dartmouth, Nova Scotia.

BOMI Education Canada established the Vyetta Sunderland Scholarship in recognition of Sunderland's focus on excellence and her lifelong commitment to education. The annual scholarship is awarded to a Canadian student who is pursuing advancement in their property or facilities management career.

Landreville began her career in commercial real estate as a property manager in 2023 and joined PMco in 2025. With experience overseeing large property portfolios, development projects, and leasing operations, she brings a strong background in property management, financial oversight, and tenant relations. BOMI Education Canada is pleased to support her property management career as she pursues her Property Administrator Certification (PAC).

"Victoria's dedication to continuous learning and her commitment to advancing the property management profession make her an outstanding recipient of the Vyetta Sunderland Scholarship," said Susan Allen, RPA^®, MBA, ICD.D, Chair of BOMI Education Canada, President & Chief Executive Officer of BOMA Toronto. "Vyetta was a passionate advocate for professional development and industry leadership, and I am confident she would recognize those same qualities in Victoria as she continues to build an impressive career in commercial real estate."

"As I continue to grow my career in property management, I am committed to expanding both my knowledge and leadership capabilities. I am confident that the PAC certification will strengthen my expertise, provide valuable new perspectives, and help me make an even greater impact on the properties, teams, and communities I serve," said Landreville. "I am grateful for this opportunity and look forward to applying what I learn through the program to drive meaningful results."
