BNBuilders Announces Build-Out and Renovation of Downtown San Francisco Highrise

SAN FRANCISCO, Feb. 5, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- BNBuilders has begun construction on a new amenity space for Strada Investment Group in downtown San Francisco's South Financial District. Located on the 18th floor of a commercial office building, this project will elevate tenant experience by creating vibrant, modern spaces with stunning views of the Bay Bridge. Adjacent to the Embarcadero, the project is set for completion in Summer 2025.

In collaboration with House Robertson Architects and Iwamotoscott Architecture, the scope includes:

• Build-out of 3,400 SF interior amenity space for conferencing and break areas.
• Renovation of 2,500 SF roof terrace with planting areas, seating, and decorative lighting.
• Installation of new partitions, ceilings, finishes, built-in counters, restrooms, and convenience power.
• Replacement of roofing and integration of modern drainage systems.
• Self-performing the demolition scope to ensure precision and efficiency.
