BLADEX ANNOUNCES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND PAYMENT FOR THIRD QUARTER 2023

PANAMA CITY, Oct. 19, 2023 /PRNewswire/ -- Banco Latinoamericano de Comercio Exterior, S.A. ("Bladex" or the "Bank"), announced today its Board of Directors' approval of a quarterly cash dividend of US$0.25 per share corresponding to the third quarter of 2023.

The cash dividend is payable November 16, 2023 to the Bank's stockholders as of October 30, 2023 record date.

As of September 30, 2023, Bladex had 36,539,860.73 shares outstanding of all classes.
