Brambleton Group to be Recognized at Future Place in October

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif., Aug. 28, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Zonda announced Birchwood at Brambleton as the 2025 recipient of its Masterpiece Builder Award, presented by BUILDER, ahead of its Future Place event at the Ritz-Carlton Resort in Irving, Texas, on Oct. 27-29.

They also feature pickleball and bocce courts, a community greenhouse, indoor and outdoor pools and integrated trail-connected exercise stations, among other amenities.
