Scott Harrison Brings More than 35 Years’ Experience Leading Industrial and Critical Services Companies
LENEXA, Kan.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- BCTS, a leading provider of mechanical contracting and facility maintenance services across North America, today announced that Scott Harrison, a seasoned industrial and critical services executive, has been appointed as Chief Executive Officer.
Mr. Harrison brings more than 35 years of leadership experience across the industrial, engineering and technology sectors and has a strong track record of driving operational excellence and strategic growth. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer and a member of the Board of Directors of RESA Power, a former Investcorp portfolio company and a market leader in power systems electrical services. At RESA Power, he oversaw tremendous growth across North America and played a key role in the company’s successful sale in 2025.
Prior to his tenure at RESA Power, he served as CEO and Board Member of Depot Connect International, Rea Magnet Wire Company and Azure Dynamics, and as Group President of Hayes Lemmerz International. He holds a B.S. and an M.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from The Ohio State University and the University of Dayton, respectively.
