" As former President of C1 Financial in Tampa and current President of Baldwin Pemble Advisors, Pemble brings 30 years of commercial banking experience to the Board.

" Johnson is a 45-year veteran of the commercial finance industry who specialized in asset-based lending. He most recently served as a director of Magnolia Financial, Inc. in Spartanburg, S.C.

" Hopkins has 30 years of consumer loan operations, collections and call center experience. His most recent position is Executive Vice President of Student Loan Operations for GC Services in Houston.

" Braddock, a long-time Axiom employee and past President and CEO of Metro Bank, the predecessor bank of Axiom Bank, has 40 years' experience in financial institution and regulatory practice.
