AUBURN, Ala., Feb. 12, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- On February 12, 2019, the Board of Directors of Auburn National Bancorporation, Inc. (Nasdaq: AUBN) declared a first quarter $0.25 per share cash dividend, payable March 25, 2019 to shareholders of record as of March 8, 2019. This represents a 4.2% increase over dividends declared for the first quarter of 2018. On an annual basis, the cash dividend paid to shareholders has increased in 23 of the last 24 years.
