Attorney Richard 'Chip' McWilliams Joins Caracal Board of Directors

McWilliams has focused his career on counseling clients regarding labor-management relations and guiding clients through organizational development strategy.

McWilliams is Senior Vice President of Labor Relations for Synergy Healthcare Services, one of the nation's largest long-term care consulting companies. Prior to that, he was an attorney at Ford & Harrison LLP and Littler Mendelson PC. He also served as a U.S. Army Ranger and qualified infantry officer in active duty and reserve service for more than 12 years. He is the owner and president of New Market Arms, which specializes in the sale of antique military artifacts and firearms.
