Atmos Energy Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend

DALLAS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Atmos Energy Corporation (NYSE: ATO) said today that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly dividend on the company’s common stock of 42 cents per share. The indicated annual dividend is $1.68.

The dividend will be paid on March 7, 2016, to shareholders of record on February 22, 2016. This is the company’s 129th consecutive quarterly dividend.
