At Home Appoints Judd Nystrom Chief Executive Officer

Former At Home CFO returns as CEO partnering with President and Chief Commercial Officer Aaron Rose to accelerate the company's transformation

DALLAS, Nov. 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- At Home (the "Company"), today announced that, Judd Nystrom is appointed Chief Executive Officer effective November 1, 2026. In his role, Nystrom will also serve on the Company's Board of Directors. Prior to assuming the CEO role, Nystrom served as independent director and the Chair of the Audit and Risk Management Committee of the Company's Board of Directors since December 2025. Previously, from 2013 to 2018, Nystrom served as At Home's Chief Financial Officer, playing an instrumental role in the Company's Initial Public Offering in 2016. Nystrom brings more than 30 years of leadership experience and deep knowledge of the retail and home décor industry. Most recently, Nystrom served as Chief Financial Officer of Caliber from July 2019 through February 2026.

Nystrom's appointment follows the July 2 retirement of former CEO Brad Weston, following which the Company's Board led a full CEO search, identifying Nystrom as the right leader for At Home's continued transformation.

Aaron Rose, promoted to President and Chief Commercial Officer in May 2026, will continue to lead the Company's commercial transformation, overseeing Merchandising, Marketing, Ecommerce, Planning, Supply Chain, Stores, Design & Concept and Visual Merchandising. Under his leadership, At Home has accelerated its assortment reinvention, redefined its brand positioning, and launched its new loyalty program, Design Rewards. Early indicators are encouraging, product categories furthest in their transformation are driving meaningful growth and recent brand tracking shows gains in awareness and in perception. At Caliber, Nystrom partnered with the management team to nearly double revenue over five years while significantly expanding EBITDA margins. Earlier in his career, he held senior financial roles at Advance Auto Parts, Best Buy and Carlson Companies. He also served on the Melissa & Doug Board of Directors and as Audit Committee Chair from 2019 through 2024.

Nystrom earned a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and currently serves on the school's Board of Overseers.
