Assima Files Lawsuit Against Whatfix for Patent Infringement

RIVERSIDE, Calif., Feb. 25, 2025 /PRNewswire/ - Assima announces today that it has filed a lawsuit against Whatfix in United States Federal Court for the District of Delaware for patent infringement, namely that WhatFix's newly-launched Mirror product infringes U.S. Patents No. 8,087,007 and 9,285,948. The lawsuit seeks to protect Assima's hard-earned intellectual property rights related to its Assima Train software and its proprietary cloning technology.

The lawsuit seeks judgement against Whatfix for damages, costs, expenses and interest as well as enhanced damages for willful infringement. Assima is also asking the Court to grant an injunction preventing WhatFix and its affiliates and all other entities from infringing the asserted patents.
