Assembly Health Appoints Grant Davis as CXO

Davis brings expertise in operational transformation, global delivery and technology-driven growth to strengthen client experience and operational performance.

CHICAGO, Nov. 4, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Assembly Health, a leading provider of tech-enabled revenue cycle management services serving more than 5,000 providers across 59 specialties in 48 states, today announced the appointment of Grant Davis as CXO. In this role, Davis will focus on enhancing the client experience, strengthening retention and operational performance, and advancing the company's global delivery capabilities.

Davis brings extensive experience in management consulting, business transformation and private equity. Most recently, he participated in Shore Capital Partners' CXO Fellows Program, where he led the development of AI governance standards across the firm's portfolio of more than 60 companies. He also held positions with investment firms EMERGING and Inverness Graham, gaining experience in growth equity, technology-enabled businesses and operational value creation.
