COVINGTON, KENTUCKY, July 19, 2018 - The board of directors of Ashland Global Holdings Inc. (NYSE: ASH) has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable September 15, 2018, to stockholders of record at the close of business on August 31, 2018. As of June 30, 2018, there were 62,426,191 shares of Ashland common stock outstanding.
