VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., May 07, 2019 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Armada Hoffler Properties, Inc. (NYSE: AHH) announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.21 per common share for the second quarter of 2019. The second quarter dividend will be paid in cash on July 3, 2019 to stockholders of record on June 26, 2019.
