Arias Bosinger, PLLC is pleased to announce Frank J. Lacquaniti has joined the firm. He will practice out of the firm's Altamonte Springs office.

Mr. Lacquaniti has over 10 years of federal and state court experience in all phases of real estate, corporate, and community association litigation and counseling. He has handled countless title, contract, corporate dissolution, shareholder/membership interest, landlord/tenant, foreclosure, covenant enforcement, and debt collection disputes throughout Florida.

In addition, Mr. Lacquaniti represents condominiums and planned developments assisting with their entity formation, analysis and interpretation of governing documents, amendments and restatements of governing documents, developer turnover issues, election disputes, and matters of corporate governance.

With respect to transactional matters, Mr. Lacquaniti regularly handles complex corporate entity formation and governance, acquisition and development of real estate, residential and commercial closings, leasing transactions, and negotiation and drafting of contracts, easements, bank finance transactions, and asset/stock purchases and sales.

Mr. Lacquaniti received his J.D. from The Pennsylvania State University, Dickinson School of Law in 2006 and his B.A. from University of Florida in 2002. Mr. Lacquaniti is licensed to practice in the State of Floriad and before the Middle District of Florida.
