Arcline Completes Acquisition of AstroNova

WEST WARWICK, R.I., Aug. 27, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- Arcline Investment Management ("Arcline"), a private investment firm, completed its previously announced take-private acquisition of AstroNova, Inc. ("AstroNova" or the "Company"), a leading provider of mission-critical identification and marking solutions across the aerospace & defense and labeling & packaging industries.

Founded in 1969, AstroNova has built leading positions in specialized technologies that enable customers to capture, analyze and communicate critical information across aerospace and industrial markets. The Company's Aerospace segment provides critical avionics technologies such as ruggedized flight-deck printers and network switches deployed across a global fleet of commercial, business and military aircraft, as well as high-performance data acquisition solutions used in demanding testing and monitoring applications. Its Product Identification segment provides digital printing hardware, software and consumables that enable manufacturers in regulated and high-value end markets to produce labels and packaging on demand, supporting compliance, product traceability, brand differentiation and supply chain agility.
