Dubai, United Arab Emirates, 19th Oct 2026 - Arche Advisory, a Singapore-incorporated management consultancy founded by Ganaesh Aku, has appointed an Advisory Board through the Veblen Director Programme to support its next phase of development. The board brings experience across leadership, governance, organisational transformation, operational clarity and strategic growth as the firm builds its early client base and strengthens its position with founder-led businesses, small enterprises, and over time, broader mid-market and corporate engagements.

Arche Advisory was established to help founders and leaders close the gap between what they want their organisation to become and how it actually operates day to day. Her work brings together strategic thinking, empathy and practical leadership tools, with a strong focus on sustainable performance, inclusive decision-making and helping leaders succeed without losing themselves in the process.
