• H.C. Wainwright Global Investment Conference, September 13-14, 2022, New York: Management will conduct in-person, one-on-one meetings. The conference is a hybrid event and all in-person meetings will take place at the Lotte New York Palace Hotel. A live streaming presentation for investors attending virtually will be held on Wednesday, September 14, 2022, at 10 a.m. ET.
• Lake Street, Best Ideas Growth Conference, September 14, 2022, New York: Management will conduct in-person, one-on-one meetings. All meetings will take place at the Yale Club.
