Apollo Group completed the acquisition of Lithuanian catering companies

Apollo Group OÜ has completed the transaction to acquire 100% shares in the Lithuanian companies RESTORANI DVYLIKA UAB (Lithuanian registry code 307089481) and CCF KAVINĖS UAB (Lithuanian registry code 307088123).
