DeNita Carani, Chief Operating Officer

Carani brings a wealth of franchise expertise as Apex's new Chief Operating Officer, having successfully led operations for multiple national brands. Most recently, she served as brand president of Pet Wants, where she oversaw more than 160 franchise territories, driving significant increases in average unit volume, profit margins and operational efficiencies.

A former franchise owner herself, Carani offers a unique perspective from both sides of the franchise relationship. Her experience in enhancing franchisee profitability and streamlining operations will be instrumental in Apex's continued expansion and commitment to franchisee success.

Michael-George Jadick, Vice President of Finance and Accounting

As a key internal promotion, Jadick steps into the role of Vice President of Finance and Accounting after playing a vital role in strengthening Apex's financial operations. Since joining the company in 2023, he has led initiatives that improved financial processes and supported franchisees in optimizing their business performance.

With a deep understanding of Apex's financial landscape, Jadick will continue to enhance the company's financial infrastructure while providing valuable guidance to franchisees as they scale and grow their Apex locations.
