Ankura Appoints Scott Rinaldi as Managing Director

WASHINGTON, Dec. 13, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Ankura Consulting Group (Ankura), a business advisory and expert services firm, announced today the appointment of Scott Rinaldi as Managing Director.  Based in the firm's Washington, DC office, Mr. Rinaldi will work within Ankura's Turnaround & Restructuring group.

Mr. Scott Rinaldi joins Ankura as Managing Director with more than 19 years of experience in the turnaround and restructuring industry.  Mr. Rinaldi possesses a depth of experience in helping clients and counsel prepare for and navigate the formal and in-court bankruptcy processes including, among other things, contingency planning; pre-filing operational readiness; motions/pleadings preparation; communication plan development; preparation and filing of schedules of assets and liabilities, statements of financial affairs and monthly operating reports; claims resolution/distribution process implementation; and disclosure statement/plan of reorganization development.  Mr. Rinaldi has worked across many industries including financial services, energy, airline, retail, real estate, technology, not-for-profit entities and manufacturing. Mr. Rinaldi was most recently with FTI Consulting.
