Amphenol Announces Second Quarter 2015 Dividend Payment

WALLINGFORD, Conn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Amphenol Corporation (NYSE: APH) confirmed today that its Board of Directors approved the second quarter 2015 dividend on its Common Stock in the amount of $.125 per share at its meeting held on April 30, 2015. The Company will pay this second quarter 2015 dividend on or about July 3, 2015 to shareholders of record as of June 10, 2015.
