CARNEGIE, Pa.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Ampco-Pittsburgh Corporation (NYSE: AP) today announced the declaration of a quarterly dividend of nine cents ($0.09) per share on the common stock of the Corporation. The dividend will be paid on July 29, 2016 to shareholders of record on July 18, 2016.
