CORAL GABLES, Fla., Oct. 20, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Amerant Bancorp Inc. (NASDAQ: AMTB) (the “Company” or “Amerant”) today announced that, on October 19, 2022, the Company’s Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of $0.09 per share of Amerant common stock. The dividend is payable on November 30, 2022, to shareholders of record at the close of business on November 15, 2022.
