DETROIT, Oct. 19, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The board of directors of Ally Financial Inc. (NYSE: ALLY) declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.08 per share of the company's common stock, payable on Nov. 15, 2016 to shareholders of record at the close of business on Nov. 1, 2016.
