Effective September 8, 2025, Miguel Rangel will assume the position of Chief Executive Officer for both Elementia USA and Plycem USA. In his current role as CEO of the Building Systems Division at Elementia Materiales—the parent company overseeing both organizations—Miguel has played a key role in shaping Allura's strategic direction. Allura has reported directly to him during this time.
