Allen Goodwin Named President of Republic Indemnity Company of America

CINCINNATI--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Republic Indemnity Company of America, a member of the Great American Insurance Group, announced that Allen Goodwin was named President of the Company, succeeding Dwayne Marioni, who retired earlier this month. Mr. Goodwin joined the Company in 2011 as Senior Vice President of California Operations. Prior to joining Republic Indemnity, Mr. Goodwin was Vice President of Underwriting and Insurance Operations at Advantage Workers Compensation Insurance Company and held senior positions at the Workers’ Compensation Fund and The Leavitt Group.

Allen graduated from Brigham Young University with a Bachelor of Science degree in International Business Finance and earned an MBA from The University of Utah.
