With over 25 years of leadership in the behavioral health industry, David has a proven record of success as a treatment facility owner, operator, and senior executive.

As CEO, David will oversee operations and set Aliya's strategic vision. His leadership will enhance the company's mission to provide innovative, evidence-based treatment solutions to those impacted by substance abuse and mental health disorders.

Before joining Aliya Health Group, David held executive leadership roles at prominent addiction treatment organizations, where he spearheaded growth initiatives and developed nationally acclaimed recovery programs. David founded and operated the San Cristobal Treatment Center in New Mexico, which pioneered integrating 12-step modalities with outdoor adventure therapy.

David also led a behavioral health consulting firm that advised private and institutional investors on mergers and acquisitions, operational efficiencies, financial strategies, and market growth. His career includes senior leadership roles in Chicago and Denver Public Schools and The Hazelden Foundation.

David earned his Bachelor's degree from Elmhurst College and a Master's in Educational Leadership and Administration from Northern Arizona University. A sought-after speaker at national events, he shares insights on best practices and industry innovations. David's own recovery journey in 1996 inspired his career and leadership approach.
