Alexander T. Tracy Joins Perella Weinberg Partners as Managing Director

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Perella Weinberg Partners today announced that Alex Tracy has joined the Firm as a Managing Director in its Advisory business. Based in New York, Mr. Tracy will be a member of the Firm’s restructuring practice.

Mr. Tracy has 17 years of investment banking experience. He was most recently a Managing Director at Miller Buckfire & Co., where he focused on originating, structuring, negotiating and executing a wide range of complex transactions, including out-of-court and chapter 11 restructurings, exchange and tender offers, mergers and acquisitions, and financings. Prior to that, he worked at Chanin Capital Partners, a specialty investment bank. Mr. Tracy began his career at Prudential Securities Incorporated.
