TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (Marketwired) -- 03/30/17 -- All amounts are in United States dollars, unless otherwise stated.
Alamos Gold Inc. (TSX: AGI) (NYSE: AGI) ("Alamos" or the "Company") today announced that the Company's Board of Directors has declared a semi-annual dividend of US$0.01 per common share. This represents the Company's 15th consecutive semi-annual dividend and once again demonstrates its commitment to returning value to shareholders.
The dividend is payable on April 28, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on April 13, 2017. This dividend qualifies as an "eligible dividend" for Canadian income tax purposes.
