AirX Climate Solutions Hires Jennifer Felsburg as Chief Sales Officer

With the addition of Jennifer, ACS continues to invest in building a high-caliber executive team to lead growth by leveraging the unique capabilities of the ACS brand portfolio to become the premier specialty HVAC partner to its customers.

In her role with ACS, Jennifer will focus on further defining and implementing a go-to-market strategy across the company's brands and sales channels, ensuring that sales teams and channel partners have access to the full breadth of ACS's products and best-in-class sales tools to quickly identify the right solutions for their needs. Jennifer will play a pivotal role in developing processes and strategies to successfully achieve the company's ambitious revenue growth goals.

Jennifer joins ACS with an impressive track record of success as a sales, product management, and P&L leader across her 25+ years working at a major HVAC manufacturer. Most recently, she led the Texas/Gulf Coast region where she served as the Vice President and Regional General Manager. In this role, Jennifer was responsible for aligning the organization to strategic initiatives that drove top line growth and margin expansion for equipment, service, controls, and energy solutions offerings. Prior to this role, Jennifer was the Light Commercial Portfolio leader overseeing multiple products across commercial, residential and parts channel distribution.

Jennifer brings broad experience as a successful leader of highly engaged teams and as an award-winning sales leader. During her tenure at her previous company, she oversaw double-digit improvements in employee engagement scores in her regions and was recognized six times for her team's engagement scores ranking in the top 10% of the company.
