Official Grand Opening on October 6 Marks Brands Exciting Comeback

CHI-CHI's^®, the legendary Mexican restaurant known for bold flavors and festive vibe is officially back with a refreshed design and crave worthy menu. Opening on October 6 at 1602 West End Blvd, CHI-CHI's is ready to welcome the fans familiar and new to experience the brand's revitalized energy.

Led by restaurant industry veteran Michael McDermott, son of CHI-CHI's co-founder Marno McDermott, the brand's relaunch hits a major milestone with the debut of its first location.

The newly updated space features modern decor, comfortable seating, and an inviting ambiance, creating the perfect occasion-backdrop for families, friends, and food lovers alike. Guests can enjoy a mix of enhanced menu items, original favorites, an upgraded bar experience, and the same great service that made CHI-CHI's a household name over 20 years ago.

New Menu Sneak Peek:

• CHI-CHI's Original Chimichanga: Crispy, golden perfection stuffed with beef, chicken, short rib, or red chili and served with all the fixings including guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, rice, and beans.
• Quesabirria Tacos: Three corn tacos filled with slow cooked beef, oxaca cheese, onions, cilantro, consommé dipping sauce.
• Seafood Enchiladas: A rich combo of shrimp and crab, smothered in CHI-CHI's signature lobster cream sauce. Served with sour cream, guacamole, beans, and rice.
• Manchego Burger: Fresh wood grilled angus beef, topped with Manchego cheese, pico de gallo, avocado, chipotle mayonnaise and served with fries,
• Original Nachos Grande: House tortilla chips topped with refried beans, ground beef, melty cheese, and jalapeños.
• El Burro Con Queso: A bold burrito packed with ground beef or shredded chicken, cheese, chili con queso, and ranchero sauce. Served with beans and choice of rice.
