(“Abacus” or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: ABL), a leader in the alternative asset management space, announced that, effective as of opening of U.S. equity markets today, September 22, 2025, the Company is now a member of the Russell 2000^® and the Russell 3000^® indexes, as part of the 2025 Russell indexes reconstitution.

Membership in the Russell 2000 means automatic inclusion in the Russell 3000 Index, as well as the appropriate growth and value style indexes.
