AXIS Capital Declares Quarterly Dividends on Common and Preferred Shares

PEMBROKE, Bermuda--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AXIS Capital Holdings Limited ("AXIS Capital") (NYSE: AXS) today announced that the Company’s Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.39 per common share. The common dividend will be payable on April 16, 2018, to the shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2018.

In addition, the Board declared a dividend of $0.34375 per Series D 5.50% Preferred Share and a dividend of $34.375 per Series E 5.50% Preferred Share (equivalent to $0.34375 per depositary share). The Series D Preferred Share dividend is payable on June 1, 2018, to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2018. The Series E Preferred Share dividend is payable on April 16, 2018 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 29, 2018.
