FOUNTAIN INN, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of AVX Corporation (NYSE: AVX) recently declared a dividend of $0.11 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on August 16, 2017 and will be disbursed on September 1, 2017.
