FOUNTAIN INN, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of AVX Corporation (NYSE: AVX) recently declared a dividend of $0.11 per common share for the quarter ended March 31, 2017.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on June 16, 2017 and will be disbursed on June 30, 2017.
