FOUNTAIN INN, S.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of AVX Corporation (NYSE: AVX) recently declared a dividend of $0.105 per common share for the quarter ended June 30, 2016.

The dividend will be paid to shareholders of record on August 8, 2016 and will be disbursed on August 22, 2016.
