BERWYN, Pa., Nov. 3, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share for the fourth quarter ending December 31, 2016.
The fourth quarter dividend is payable December 21, 2016 to shareholders of record as of December 7, 2016.
