BERWYN, Pa., Feb. 4, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of AMETEK, Inc. (NYSE: AME) declared a regular quarterly dividend of nine cents per share for the first quarter ending March 31, 2016.
The first quarter dividend is payable March 31, 2016 to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2016.
