RENO, Nev., Feb. 13, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- AMERCO (Nasdaq: UHAL), the parent of U-Haul International, Inc., Oxford Life Insurance Company, Repwest Insurance Company and Amerco Real Estate Company, on February 8, 2017, declared a special cash dividend on its Common Stock of $1.00 per share. The dividend will be payable March 9, 2017 to holders of record on February 23, 2017.
