AM Best to Speak at Financial Executives International’s ESG Conference

OLDWICK, N.J.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- AM Best will join a virtual panel session focused on environmental, social and governance (ESG) factors and credit ratings at the ESG Ecosystem: Macro Perspectives Conference, hosted by Financial Executives International, on Sept. 23, 2021.

Maura McGuigan, a director of criteria in the Credit Rating Criteria Research & Analytics department of AM Best, will join a panel session, titled, “Rating Agencies.” This session will discuss how rating agencies use ESG information and what metrics they find to be relevant in rating a company. The one-hour session will take place at 1:45 p.m. (EDT).

ESG Ecosystem is a conference series designed to deliver high-value insights for finance professionals as they work to increase ESG integration into finance.
