AEP Increases Quarterly Dividend to 95 Cents a Share

COLUMBUS, Ohio, Oct. 22, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 95 cents per share on the company's common stock, an increase of 2 cents per share.

The dividend is payable Dec. 10, 2025, to shareholders of record as of Nov. 10, 2025, and is the company's 462^nd consecutive quarterly common stock cash dividend. AEP has paid a cash dividend on its common stock every quarter since July 1910.
