AEP Declares Quarterly Dividend on Common Stock

COLUMBUS, Ohio, July 20, 2026 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of American Electric Power (Nasdaq: AEP) has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 95 cents per share on the company's common stock. The dividend is payable Sept. 10, 2026, to shareholders of record as of Aug. 10, 2026.
