Best Chief Rating Officer Stefan Holzberger will speak at the PIAA CEO/COO Meeting, to be held March 15–18, 2017, at The Westin Kierland Resort in Scottsdale, AZ. Mr. Holzberger will present the session, titled, “A.M. Best and MPL Insurer Ratings,” on Thursday, March 16, at 10:45 a.m. (MST). This session will address the proposed changes to the Best’s Credit Rating Methodology (BCRM) and the Best’s Capital Adequacy Ratio (BCAR), as well as how the BCAR model and BCRM are applied to the ratings of MPL insurers.
