A Thanksgiving Tradition Continues: Bell's Stuffing is Back!

GREENWICH, Conn., Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- Established in 1867 by William G. Bell in Boston, Bell's Seasoning is a staple across New England during the holidays.  Its all‑natural, salt‑free spice blend has remained unchanged for over 150 years, with generations of home cooks trusting it for holiday feasts.  Over the years, stuffing, gravy, brine, and fried onions have been added to the Bell's product line.  For many families, Thanksgiving wouldn't feel complete without Bell's.

In 2024, Bell's long history almost ended when the brand's prior owner, Brady Enterprises, halted production and went out of business.  But a group of entrepreneurs with ties to the region stepped in.  A new company named Bell's Foods LLC was formed and the brand was rescued, making it possible to preserve the Bell's heritage and ensure its return to store shelves.

Owners Dave West, Nick DiCarlo, and Keith Caldwell feel privileged to be the new stewards of the brand and continue the legacy that has been at the center of Bell's beloved products.

Bell's Seasoning, Gravy, Turkey Brine, and Crispy Fried Onions made their way back on shelf in 2024, but only recently did the Bell's Traditional Stuffing Mix become available again.  To the concern of many loyal consumers, Bell's stuffing was off shelf for the 2024 Holiday season for the first time in over 50 years.
