3Play Media Appoints Steve Nee as Chief Financial Officer

Industry veteran brings extensive SaaS and technology experience to support company's expansion in media accessibility and localization markets

BOSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- 3Play Media, the leading media accessibility and localization provider in North America, today announced the appointment of Steve Nee as Chief Financial Officer. Nee joins the company's executive leadership team as 3Play Media continues to scale its AI-enabled solutions and expand its market reach in the global media accessibility and localization markets.

Nee brings more than 25 years of financial leadership experience with the last 10 years in the technology sector, with a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence at scaling companies. Prior to joining 3Play Media, he served as CFO at Thrasio. In that role, Steve led the finance team through a complex global transformation and recapitalization that will position the company for future growth. He was instrumental in operationalizing the company’s M&A strategy and subsequent rationalization to focus on high growth, profitable products.

In his role as CFO at 3Play Media, Nee will oversee all financial operations, including strategic planning, financial reporting, treasury, tax and investor relations. He will play a key role in supporting 3Play Media's continued expansion and innovation initiatives.
