NASHVILLE, Tenn., Sept. 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ -- 3LS, Inc., an employee-owned family of companies, announced today the launch of 3LS Professional Services, a new organization that drives growth for changemakers through the delivery of exceptional, integrated services. The announcement marks 3LS Inc.'s continued expansion and diversification as it focuses on empowering good, officially bringing the total number of companies under its family of brands to 18.

The organization unveiled on its new website that 3LS Professional Services will provide a full suite of professional services that includes marketing, public relations and communications, digital strategy and ESOP advisory consulting—each made possible through 3LS Inc.'s strategic acquisitions over the last year. That includes the acquisition of award-winning marketing agency, 5by5 and most recently, its acquisition of employee ownership and ESOP advisory firm, 40 Million Owners, earlier this month.

Both 5by5 Agency and 40 Million Owners will now sit under the 3LS Professional Services brand and serve as key pillars to the future growth and expansion of Professional Services. The company also nodded to its forthcoming 3LS Solutions division on the 3LS Professional Services website and said that it looks forward to announcing more plans and services for changemakers in the months ahead.

With the launch of 3LS Professional Services, 3LS Inc. announced new leadership appointments including:

• 5by5 Agency Chief Executive Officer, Shannon Litton, has been named Chief Executive Officer of 3LS Professional Services
• 5by5 Agency President, Josh Miller, will now lead the agency as Litton transitions to her new role
• 40 Million Owners Co-Founder, Michael Morosi, has been named Chief Investment Officer of 3LS Inc.
• 40 Million Owners Co-Founder, Mike Brady will spearhead operations for the ESOP advisory firm as Morosi transitions to his new role
