An Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) of ING Groep N.V. was held today in Amsterdam.

The EGM approved the appointment of Andrea Cesaroni as member of the Executive Board, which as of 31 July 2026 will consist of Steven van Rijswijk (CEO), Ida Lerner (CFO), and Andrea Cesaroni (CRO).
